Registrations
Built-in sign-up form for tournaments and leagues. Players register themselves, and the organizer simply accepts the entries.
The registration system is available for both tournaments and league rounds. Instead of collecting entries by email or phone, players sign up themselves through a form accessible on the event page.
The organizer's role comes down to a single step: accepting the submitted registration. There's no need to maintain lists, reply to emails, or manually enter participant details.
A player or pair who submits a registration receives automatic email confirmation: first that the form was received successfully, and then once the organizer has accepted it. They are kept informed at every stage of the process.
The organizer also receives an email notification the moment a new registration arrives in the system, so nothing slips through the cracks.
