Refund Policy

1. General

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased through FasterPlay.com. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), which acts as the Merchant of Record. All plans are one-time purchases for a fixed period (6 or 12 months) — there are no automatic renewals. By purchasing a plan you agree to this policy.


2. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a digital-service purchase within 14 days of the transaction date, without giving a reason, provided the service has not yet been fully performed. By activating your subscription and starting to use the platform immediately after purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed within that period. If you have not used the service at all within the 14-day window, you may still request a full refund.


3. When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

  • The 14-day withdrawal period has passed.
  • The subscription has been significantly used (tournaments created, results recorded, etc.).
  • A promotional or discounted plan was purchased and the promotional period has ended.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within the applicable period at fp@fasterplay.com with the subject line 'Refund Request', your registered email address and the date of purchase. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed by Paddle and credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
